Your Role

As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in:

- Managing, motivating, and developing a team, including Back Office agents and Hosting staff.

- Overseeing hiring, training, duty administration, and performance management.

- Managing operational technology tools, such as ticketing systems and call center solutions.

- Establishing strong relationships with tour guides, partners, and service providers.

- Analyzing and optimizing operational processes to enhance customer experience and profitability.

- Handling customer communications, bookings, and service matters.

- Collaborating with Marketing for content updates, product development, and customer feedback.

Critical Requirement

- Proven expertise preferably in the travel and service industry, with a focus on operations.

- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.

Who We're Looking For

- Minimum five years of experience in the travel and service industry, preferably with knowledge of the American market.

- Exceptional communication skills in English & Greek.

- Demonstrated managerial & leadership abilities.

- Ability to multitask and solve problems in complex situations.

- Dedication to high-level customer service.

- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or relevant 3-year diploma.

- Proficiency in MS Office and other technological tools.
