We are currently looking for candidates for the position of B2B Senior Sales Executive.

 

Your role: 

We are looking for experienced Sales Executives to join the City Contact team. If you are a Sales person looking for a new challenge or you are a dedicated, hard-working professional looking for a challenging career in sales in the tourism sector, we want to hear from you.

 

Here you’ll get to:

 

  • Conduct daily meetings with potential customers to present our services, create proposal documents and form agreements
  • Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries
  • Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Gather market and customer information
  • Challenge any objections to get the customer to understand the value of our proposition
  • Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
  • Record sales and agreements info with the Salesforce platform
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events
  • Attend team meetings

About you:

 

  • At least two years of experience in magazines, newspapers, free press, or digital editions or other relevant experience
  • Ability and desire to sell
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
  • Organizational and negotiation skills
  • Orientation to results and customer service
  • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
  • English fluency (communication skills)
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or 3-year diploma education
  • Computer and MS Office knowledge
