We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Sales & Marketing Administrator



Your role:

By joining the marketing team, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to all aspects of our business. From participating in brainstorming meetings to working with third-party suppliers and partners, you will learn the necessary skills to establish yourself as a tourism industry professional, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

This position will be responsible under the guidance of tasks needed to keep a client project or campaign running smoothly. 


Here you’ll get to:

  • Assist in the conceptualization and execution of marketing ideas and campaigns.
  • Attend marketing/staff meetings, participate, and take notes for further discussion.
  • Collect, organize, update, and manage the storage of publishing materials from clients.
  • Assist the sales team with the clients' communications. 
  • Be responsible for updating key marketing and sales reports regularly.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Support the sales and marketing team with various tasks. 




About you:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, are thorough, resourceful, detail-oriented, and experienced at multitasking.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a time crunch and/or with partial info/details.
  • Excellent people skills, the ability to work on your own and in teams, and you are highly motivated, task-oriented, and organized.
  • Strong computer skills – typing, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and social media.
  • Ability to read and analyze data.
  • Enjoy having a pulse on what’s new, trendy, socially, and culturally relevant in marketing and tourism.
  • University Graduate or have a 3-year diploma education
  • Fluent in Greek & English
